Farmer's Fat Bike Race kicked off the Great Lakes Fat Bike Series in style at Cannonsburg Ski Area near Grand Rapids, Michigan on Saturday, January 12. Unseasonably warm temperatures provided racers with nearly dry conditions on single track, and soft blowing conditions on the course's "moonscape" like sand dune section.
Jorden Wakeley and Danielle Musto raced to victory on the day and to claim the leads in the GLFBS. With the Series now underway here are the standings for the top three men and women in the series.
Solo Men
1. Jorden Wakeley 12 laps
2. Evan Simula 10 laps
3. Kan Korinek 10 laps
Solo Women
1. Danielle Musto 10 laps
2. Jenny Scott 7 laps
3. Amy Attivissimo 7 laps
